The Being Profile and Feedback Session
The Being Profile measures the fundamental aspects of a human being that makes us distinctly different from each other. Qualities such as Authenticity, Integrity, Responsibility, Empowerment amongst others. These aspects also correlate directly to our performance and the results we produce in many areas of our lives.
The Being Profile provides us with powerful insights into our ways of Being impacting our performance and the results we produce – the ways we participate in life and work and expand the reality around us.
Where to Begin
The Being Profile provides us with a clear starting point to commence our journey of development so you can break through what is holding you back.
The Being Profile provides a fundamental shift in the way we relate to ourselves, our environments and who we are Being. Transforming the performance of individuals, organisations and teams.
The Being Profile is substantially different from personality tests as it is based on modeling the reality of who we are and how that impacts our performance rather than any theory including Personality Theory. It is a discovery and not an invention.
The Being Profile primarily stems from the extensive ontological work of philosophers such as Martin Heidegger and subsequent thinkers, who challenged the fundamental ways that we view how human beings operate in thier lives and surrounding environment. Rather than seeing the world and the people in it as a set of fixed objects, they acknowledged that human beings are not hard-wired to be as they are being now.
Instead we all make unique moment by moment choices, defining who we are for ourselves, and our relationship with all of the other elements in the world around us. This fundamental shift in how we look at what it is to be human, has created a whole new perspective on how we work and live. Through our research and study, we realise that this is what matters the most to grow human capital in different contexts including countries, organisations and personal lives.
